Chlorination & Certification
We know that BS8558 - Chlorination, previously known as BS6700, is an essential requirement for newly installed domestic water systems within buildings. Our team of highly skilled engineers confidently use the latest equipment and follow detailed worth methodologies to ensure the highest quality of work. We are also experts in water sampling, utilising the latest British Standard codes.
Upon completion, we provide a comprehensive chlorination certificate and sample certificate for handover, giving you peace of mind that the job been done right.
HVAC Validation & Commissioning
We comply with BSRIA BG 29 2012 standards when working on new systems, ensuring effective flushing, chemical cleaning, and system stabilisation for heating, chilled, and condenser circuits. The chemicals we use have been proven effective for years.

Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and ACoP L8, HSG 274, duty holders, including employers and premises managers, must ensure the safety of employees and others, including the risk of Legionella. Our qualified, DBS-registered assessors conduct thorough pre-handover Legionella risk assessments, identifying potential hazards like non-WAS approved fittings, poor tank conditions, and accessibility issues. We also offer schematic drawing services and provide a detailed report outlining risks and necessary actions to ensure compliance with HSE's HSG 274 guidelines.
